Dayara Bugyal Trek

Bugyal in the local language means "High Altitude Meadow". Dayara Bugyal is one of the most beautiful places in Uttarakhand.Situated at an elevation ranging from 10,000-12,000 ft. This vast meadow is second to none in natural beauty in Uttrakhand. During winter it provides excellent & one of the best ski slopes in India spread over an area of 28 kms.

The road to Dayara Bugyal branches off near Bhatwari a place on Uttarkashi Gangotri road about 35 kms. From Uttarkashi. Vehicles can go up to the village of Raithal from where one has to trek a distance of about 7 kms to reach Dayara and other is via village Barsu , 10kms from Bhatwari from where one has to trek about 8kms to Dayara Bugyal.

Dayara Bugyal Trek Itinerary

DAY 01: ARRIVE - DELHI:
Arrive Delhi. Meeting and assistance on arrival. Transfer to hotel.

DAY 02: DELHI - MUSSOORIE|:
Morning after breakfast drive to Rishikesh. On arrival check in the hotel, rest of the day free at leisure. and overnight in the Hotel.

DAY 03: MUSSOORIE - UTTARKASHI - RAITHALl:
Morning after breakfast drive to Raithal . On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the Tourist Banglow.

DAY 04: RAITHALl - DAYARA BUGYAL:
Morning after breakfast Start Trek Up to Dayara . 07 kms Trek from Raithal with packed Lunch. and on arrival evening tea with cookies. Overnight stay in Camp.

DAY 05: DAYARA - DARYA TOP - DAYARA:
Morning after breakfast trek to Darya Top (12,000'-13,000') with packed lunch. It gives you a close up view of peaks like- Bandar Poonch, Kalanag, Draupdi ka Danda, Gangotri I,II,III and Srikantha. Return to Dyara and on arrival evening tea with cookies.Overnight stay in Camp.

DAY 06: DAYARA - RAITHALl - UTTARAKASHI:
Morning after breakfast down trek to Raithal with packed lunch. On arrival at Raithal drive to Uttarkashi. Evening tea with snacks. Overnight stay in Hotel.

DAY 07: UTTARKASHI -MUSSOORIE:
Morning after breakfast drive to Mussoorie, on arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening visit Aarti Malroad. Overnight in hotel.

DAY 08: MUSSOORIE - DELHI:
Departure Morning after breakfast drive to Delhi, on arrival transfer to the airport, time to catch flight for onward destination.
